ACP acquires and operates commercial multifamily real estate assets across the United States for the benefit of our investors. By connecting and aligning individual investors through what’s known as syndication, we’re able to purchase large institutional-quality apartments with the scale required to leverage the best property management teams and financing terms. With the implementation of proven investment principles in the evergreen, recession-resistant asset class of multifamily, we’re able to consistently deliver superior risk-adjusted returns with less volatility to our investors when compared to traditional public market investments with none of the conventional hassles of owning real estate directly.

How We Do It
While there are a myriad of ways to make money in real estate, ACP focuses on acquiring stabilized B-class multifamily assets in select markets nationwide with the opportunity to add value. By enhancing our communities through interior renovations, exterior improvements, amenities upgrades, and operational efficiencies, we’re able to enrich the residents’ living experience while also ensuring excellent investment performance for our capital partners. In addition to our efforts to add value through specialized business plans for each asset, we target markets and submarkets for acquisition with diversified economies, low vacancy, and an affordable cost of living that are poised for growth, as indicated by increasing jobs, population, and income data trends over the past several years.

Why We Do It
Similar to the management of our communities, ACP focuses on adding value to our capital partners wherever possible. From an investment perspective, capital preservation, passive income, and equity growth are prioritized as we seek to be a vessel to help others achieve financial freedom.
