Will is a SF Bay Area native, small business owner, and seasoned real estate investor with $33.5M assets under management, ranging from single family rentals, apartments, mixed-use, and assisted living for seniors. Actively he has co-sponsored several large real estate syndications and is a graduate of 37th Parallel Properties’ prestigious 9-month Multifamily Partner Program. Passively he has been involved as a limited partner in over $550M out-of-state commercial real estate transactions. He is also an alumni of USC's Marshall School of Business with previous work experience as an analyst at Apple, Coca-Cola, and JP Morgan.
Andrew Wheeler

Andrew is a real estate associate in Transwestern’s San Francisco office. His primary role is to serve as an analyst and communicator on major projects, specializing in biotechnology and life science space needs. Prior to Transwestern, Andrew worked as the senior research associate for the Marty Lab in Tucson, Arizona. Andrew received a Bachelor of Science degree in molecular & cellular biology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in biochemistry from the University of Arizona.
